  1. Fix example in README

    MaxPleaner committed Jun 1, 2017
If I understand correctly, this example shows how the different keys of an hash parameter can be documented. Yet the `@example` showed the method being called with sequential arguments.

  1. Fix empty property description hiding documentation

    deiwin committed Jul 6, 2016
PR #229 introduced an issue where if the @property's description wasn't
filled in, the rest of the comment body would also be left out of the
documentation. This was caused by `property[2]` being undefined and
prepended to the `lines` array which caused the while loop to terminate
early. The while loop checks if the last value shifted from the array is
`undefined` not if there are any more values left in the array.

  1. Avoid reversing text order in @property comment

    deiwin committed Apr 20, 2016
Currently the text following the type declaration in the `@property`
statement was appended to the rest of the comment. This caused the
resulting comment to be very confusing if there was any other text in
the comment, as the contents of the first line were appended to the very
    end.

This fixes a few issues with the current solution, all of which are
    covered by the accompanied test:
     - Fixes matching tags whose contents span multiple lines. This is
accomplished with the change from `(.+?)` to `([\s\S]+?)`.
     - Fixes matching tags such as <h1> with the change from `[a-z]` to
       `[a-z0-9]`.
     - Fixes matching tags with attributes, such as `<h1 id="title">` by
adding `\s*(?:\s[^>]+)?` after the tag name matcher.
     - Fixes matching more than one tag by adding the `g` flag.
     - Fixes matching nested tags by recursively calling the replace
function until it stops having any further effect. Note that this
renders the `g` flag redundant, but I left the flag in, because it
avoids the recursive call stack getting unnecessarily deep.

The test could probably be improved to not have to require the one
trailing whitespace in and the empty newlines at the end of the expected
string, but I couldn't think of a good way to do this right away.
