Added a MySQL schema change where the com_wordbridge_post_categories table has a category_seq field in order to preserve the order in which categories and tags attached to a post should appear in an effort to separate Categories and Tags. Tag names filtered out all but lowercase letters and numbers, added upper case A-Z to the regular expression. Handling of some tags and categories whose WordPress URLs end in -2 to avoid naming collisions with categories with the same name.
