Enabling autobalance mode

In some cases, we have BTC at a side, but we want to buy alt-coin at another side & we do'nt have enough BTC to buy at that side. We absolutely need somehow to move it to another side.

The problem is if we manually move BTC from one exchange to another, it will come with a fee & it's not easy for us to accept that kind of fee.

We need another way, that's we will balance it buy trading. Although the trade pair could not be able to generate the profit for us, but it's quite better than moving BTC around.
