Fix for issue with primitive statement ordering within a suite, as demonstrated by OpenSCAD example 4.

Found it at last. But fixing the bug was just a motivator for relearning some Haskell and in that sense it's worked great.

Yes, this has been sent.
In my defense I did think of that already, about 10 minutes after I went to
bed, until then I was just happy to have finally tracked it down, then I
had the forehead palm moment of realizing that the 2d function would have
the exact same bug. More git hub practice can't hurt.
