Can't Set Shop Positions #1

There are no console errors, just in chat returns "Invalid Parameters" even though I copied from the wiki.

Clean install, no modification to the config.

Paper: 1.15.2 - 371

Turns out, I did make a change. I created a new Economy and removed the default then tried to create a shop which caused this to fail.

I deleted the folder and config and tried again it worked fine.

Gonna leave open as I can't see this as intended behaviour.
