The DEBUG Table is based on DEBUG file and you don't need to access via FTP.

== Installation ==

1. Upload `wpsultan-debug.php` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin via the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
3. Show Debug File is located in "My Debug File" Menu.

= I can’t view the DEBUG Table. =

After Installing and activating the plugin if your WordPress Debugging is not Enabled , Click the informative Message from the plugin then the plugin takes care of wp-conf file :)
