It looks like your application documents don’t meet GitHub’s verification criteria.

Why The Documents Being Denied

1. Full Legal Name Mismatch

GitHub requires the name on your profile (and billing info) to exactly match your academic document. Even small differences — like missing a middle name, using nicknames, or different order — can cause rejection.

2. School Email or Info Issues

They don’t have a school email or ID. If the school has no campus in their country or the email/campus info in GitHub’s database doesn’t match, GitHub flags it. This is worse if the document doesn’t clearly say the school name and location.
