just memo. Since this is real minor fix, I pushed directly. GTAGSLIBPATH is environment variable set by user in shell. Could be like /usr/include:/usr/src/include, it should always contain true file name. So ~/proj1 is ignored by global, but "/home/cb/proj1" is accepted

c353c71 global goes through all the tag files listed in GTAGSLIBPATH (Chen Bin)
