TOPPR is a web application aimed at managing, analyzing, comparing and integrating processed events from different proteases. With The Online Protein Processing Resource (TOPPR) we store high quality processed events and are make these available in an easy and intuitive analysis platform.
In the Compomics lab, we believe in making our software freely available for everyone and being completely transparent in the methods we use. Therefor we make the code that runs the TOPPR website available for public perusal.
TOPPR makes use of compomics-utilities.
