@superdweebie

I've got this in my roop project composer.json:

"repositories": [ { "type": "composer", "url": "https://raw.github.com/superdweebie/dojoModule/master" } ]

https://raw.github.com/superdweebie/dojoModule/master/packages.json loads fine in my browser, and with curl. However, when I use composer update, I get:

[RuntimeException]
Could not read https://raw.github.com/superdweebie/dojoModule/master/packag
es.json, either you or the remote host is probably offline

The "https://raw.github.com/superdweebie/dojoModule/master/packages.json" f
ile could not be downloaded

@superdweebie

That should be roop->root project composer.json

@jorissteyn

Are you sure your PHP is compiled with OpenSSL?

@superdweebie

I didn't have extension=php_openssl.dll in my php ini. Fixed now. Thank you for your help.

I pushed some changes so that you would at least see this which is less confusing:

[RuntimeException]
You must enable the openssl extension in your php.ini to load information from https://raw.github.com/superdweebie/dojoModule/master
@cs278

@Seldaek maybe OpenSSL should be suggested in the composer.json file as well.
