Require command to perform a search if no version information is provided #1113
When using the composer require command, if you dont provide a version currently it asks you for one. In some cases the user may not know the version they want. This pull request adjusts the console command so that if the user provides no input when asked about a version a search is done so the user can choose one of the results.

@ebernhardson sorry for not getting back to you before. I think the feature makes sense but the implementation of the init command has to change in some ways to make it more memory efficient. The current way iterates over all packages (like some other commands still do) which really won't scale as packagist gets larger and larger. There are some things in place already but I need to more ground work to allow all commands to switch to the new repository model. As such your PR will become outdated and have to be reworked, but as I said the feature itself makes sense if that's any comfort.
