If the client uploads a recipe/package to a remote, the timestamp of the revision is updated (set from None to something). If the client uploads the same recipe/package to another remote the timestamp should be kept, because the remote in the registry is not updated.
When the recipe/package is retrieved from one remote, the registry is updated and indeed the timestamp of the revision.
