- with this, Spyder and IPython qtconsole work correctly under KDE.
- The lack of libQtDBus in Anaconda makes Oxygen (the default KDE theme)
to look for it on the system, which causes an incompatible mix between
Anaconda and system Qt libraries.
- Fixes ContinuumIO/anaconda-issues#32

Given that #131 was merged first, what do I need to do to get this one and #130 merged? Rebase or merge with master?

Edit: I think #130 doesn't have merge conflicts but this one has one with build number.
