Convert to noarch, fix bunch of stuff

2048 was listed on the forum, so I decided to make this a proper QML-only application, with a bunch of fixes along the way:

• RPM passes SDK validation
• Create necessary icons from SVG
• Re-organize qml/ contents
• Remove Harmattan-only files
• Move play area when top pulley menu opens
• SettingsPage.qml separated from MainPage.qml
• AboutPage.qml layout fixed, contents updated
• Use more theme colors and sizes, less hardcoding
• Don't let touches through LosePage
• Disable high score rankings (for now)

Compiled against SFOS 4.1 with whatever SDK version that means.
