Link libswmhack against libX11

Starting a tool on OpenBSD from urxvt results in:

$ ncspot
ncspot:/usr/local/lib/libswmhack.so.1.0: undefined symbol 'XKeysymToKeycode'

Linking libswmhack against libX11 fixes this issue.
