Fix Plex person id coercion

What

• coerce Plex person identifiers to integers when building loader metadata
• add coverage for person id normalisation and bump the project version

Why

• enrichment failed when Plex omits numeric ids for people, causing loader crashes

Affects

• loader enrichment helper logic
• tests for enrichment utilities
