PrettyErrorScreenListener triggered on non-Contao routes

When I register a custom route, the PrettyErrorScreenListener is still triggered. I think we should use the scope matcher here too. Wdyt?

I thought the listener already does check the scope? But if your route has frontend scope, and you basically need that if you need the framework, then the listener kicks in.
