  • Extend build matrix to run tests on more platforms
  • Accommodate code to run on Ubuntu 22.04 (different STL code, hits UTF-8 edge cases, so needed additional fixes around UTF-8 filepath handling)
  • Conditional test compilation to maintain test coverage, as Windows expects types a certain way for the UTF-8 test
