Not planning on doing this. The features are landing upstream and ARM64 support is being implemented. No point in working on something that's already going to be happening, especially when we're stuck with ancient frozen kernel versions. It's far more sensible to wait for new devices with new kernel versions than it is to waste time on these old kernels.

Assuming no one else does this first, at least.
PAGEEXEC, MPROTECT, ASLR, etc. and potentially some stuff that's not behind a configuration flag.
