It should already work fine. Fixing Android Open Source Project issues isn't in scope for CopperheadOS, so unless someone is interested in figuring out why VoLTE doesn't work and what needs to be done to fix it, then it will simply not be supported.

Please add VoLTE support for LTE band 40 India
