- Add `CesionL0` class. - Add `CesionL1` class. - Add `CesionL2` class. - Add tests.
Add a method to create a `CesionL2` from a `CesionesPeriodoEntry`.
Validate consistency of cesión and DTE amounts with validator from `validate_cesion_and_dte_montos`.
Add comments clarifying the meaning of the attribute `CesionesPeriodoEntry.fecha_cesion_dt`.
