I would like to shape the ingress & egress traffic of containers with the netem qdisc for testing purpose. Although I can do that on egress, I need the ifb kernel module to shape ingress.

# grep PRETTY_NAME /etc/os-release
PRETTY_NAME="CoreOS 942.0.0"
# zcat /proc/config.gz |grep IFB
# CONFIG_IFB is not set

Could this be added in CoreOS Linux? Or could it be installed in some other ways?
