First release including corewars-sim (actually running cores) 🎉
There are still some bugs and no support yet for pitting warriors against each other, but the basic building blocks are in place.
This project has been put on the backburner for a while, but it seems like a reasonable place to make a release. If work resumes, the plan would be to implement vs-battling and fix some issues with loop parsing in 0.4.0, then web build / UI to follow that.
