About me

  • 🖍️ I'm a Content Designer with experience creating help documentation for SaaS platforms. As a former customer support specialist, I've learned the importance of addressing a target audience. My work experience and education make me qualified in the areas of technical writing, copy editing, and content creation. I pride myself on being results-oriented; whether it's developing processes for creating documentation, or writing technical guides as a part of cross-functional teams.
