Here are some minor changes required for FreeBSD.

  1. In libconf.create script, gcc has been used, which is not the same as cc on FreeBSD (clang) and produces different results.
  2. File <new.h> is not in the default include path. Had to add -I/usr/src/contrib/libstdc++/include/backward to CFLAGS.
  3. Include <locale.h> has been missing in a couple of files.
  4. Using posix_openpt() system call to open a pseudo-terminal device. Should work on Linux as well.
  5. Temporary file wcm/libtester/libsmbtest added to .gitignore.
