- Replace the generic /learn hub with a Migrate landing page and promote it (and Workshops) in the nav; /learn and /migrate redirect to the guides. - Add per-language descriptions, hero illustrations, and short SEO intros for the Migrate and Workshops pages; move the beginner course into workshops.toml. - Drop the homepage "Free Tools" section (tools get their own posts later). - Add llms.txt and a lychee link-check workflow. - Open external resource links in a new tab; link the learning-resources post to the workshops catalog.
