Dependencies are listed in the requirements.txt file. Which can be installed with
pip install -r requirements.txt
You'll also need to install FNL_tools from https://github.com/cosanlab/fnl_tools.
You will also need an R installation with packages lme4, lmerTest, and lavaan which will be accessed through the rpy2 interface.
