Elastika: add bypass to route input to output, or dry/wet

configBypass(INPUT_L, OUTPUT_L) is the API in the constructor.

Support the bypass option. People expect this, and it is not working. Consider automatically turning off the module also.

have you considered adding a dry/wet control? A master tone/eq might be handy too, the effect tends to generate a lot of low-end mud.
