Added travis support, which will run tests whenever we push to master or make a pull request.

Is it best to pin these to certain versions? I realize BC breaks are dangerous, but maybe 4.* would be best...not sure on watchdog.

Thoughts?

How about 4.2.*? Given x.y.z versioning, z usually implies bug fixes and other changes that don't affect the interface.

Happy to do the same for watchdog.

Tests failed. Ololol. But at least they ran. I'll update the branch and update the PR.

Finished it up. See the README.

It was missing the python setup.py install bit.
