Windows logs are written to "Program Files (x86)" when running from "Program Files" #3548

I think due to the recent installer changes, Sync Gateway now gets installed to C:\Program Files\Couchbase\Sync Gateway, however we're still writing log files to C:\Program Files (x86)\Couchbase\Sync Gateway.

Needs further investigation to determine correct action.

Wix installer did indeed move the install path. Service files will require updating to point to the non-x86 directory instead. sgcollect_info may need an update for the new default log file paths too.

* Add 2.0 install directories for bin and config paths

* Remove sg-windows directories from gitignore and add *.exe *.iml instead

* Update Windows service scripts with 2.0 install paths

* Add Post-2.1 log directories

* Add Post-2.0, Pre-2.1 log path
