feat(samples): create headless-search vanilla sample (KIT-5679)

Problem

We need a Headless Search vanilla sample that demonstrates using Headless controllers directly with plain HTML/JS.

Solution

Create a new Vite + Headless Search sample from scratch with search box, result list, facets, and pager using searchuisamples credentials.
