feat(samples): create atomic-commerce-react sample (KIT-5682)

Problem

We need a dedicated Atomic Commerce + React sample, currently search and commerce are combined in one sample.

Solution

Split the commerce portion from samples/atomic/search-commerce-react into a standalone React + Atomic Commerce project.
