add FASTA functions / class

  • is.FASTA
  • as.FASTA
  • read.FASTA
  • summary.FASTA
  • fcat.FASTA
  • tryptic_digest.FASTA

implemented as Rcpp module
https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/Rcpp/vignettes/Rcpp-modules.pdf

using functions taken from fcat.c and tryptic_digest.c
