The room requested more detailed response to previously published papers P1062 and P1225 in either a new revision or (given the size of P0267) in a separate document in order to try and increase consensus.

SG16 did not review P0267R10 in Belfast due to time constraints. The author has sent some questions to SG16 that we will discuss at a future telecon.
SG13 discussed P2005R0 in Prague and the interaction of this paper with P0267 resulted in a poll being taken.
