Marking as 'needs-revision', as EWG gave feedback for a 'more complete' version of this in the C++ standard with stronger consensus to have this in an annex. So 'revision needed', and likely review in SG12.

Removing needs-revision, I want to advance this paper. Will discuss in the coming meeting on how to do this.

P2234R1 was discussed during the Thursday AM session in Kona in EWG/SG12.

The room gave feedback that approved the direction of the paper, and encourages CWG and the editors to do this in a way that handles this primarily editorially. Discussions on how to do this are being handled on the editorial reflector.
