My english is terrible, so I prefer to not touch anything about the documentation

Is the master of this repository updated with anything that is it in for 0.10.x? Or the official 0.10.x is based also on your private work?

That's alright -- if you're just touching numbers the English shouldn't be too hard. ;)

This has been merged in the official repo. You can fork that and continue developing on top of 0.9-devel.
