Language switch is missing on recently made entries for inactive pages.

The website we have has 3 languages. Recently noticed, that newly created pages that aren't yet made active have no language switcher anymore, shows only the current language. An extra step is needed to edit unpublished pages, going back to the list of entries, switching language, opening the entry. Old ones do, even ones that are made inactive.
