In this issue: 159b563 a change was made where a flash message that says "Cart updated." is emitted when the cart is updated.
The problem is that the message is emitted whenever any changes are made. We are getting riddled with this messages in our checkout process. If we set the payment method, shipping address, whatever, we get a "Cart updated." message.
I think this flash message makes a lot of sense when an item is being added to a cart, removed from a cart, or having its quantity updated. Outside of that, the flash message doesn't make a lot of sense. It's confusing to users.
Steps to reproduce
Make any sort of modification to the cart.
Additional info

@lukeholder I've a follow-up question/request for this: could this cartUpdatedNotice be included in the AJAX response as well? currently its not comprehensible which action was successful if multiple update-actions were send to the server.
