[search] BinaryFileWithMetadataBatchIndexer should handle re-index of binaries when association is removed #1746

BinaryFileWithMetadataBatchIndexer right now doesn't take into account when binaries are removed from the XML, so they keep the XML metadata. If an association is removed, the binary should be reindexed without the metadata. Or if it's a page/component specific binary, then it should be deleted from the index.
