Update redirects

Description

This PR updates the redirect URLs for Fonts, Vocabulary and Vue Vocabulary based on Netlify's decision to migrate apps to a .app domain.

Technical details

The old URLs work just fine, but there's an extra redirect that can be avoided if we point to the updated URLs directly.
