The "markstos" fork is the authorative repo, corresponding to the current release on CPAN. I've turned on Issues and Pull Requests there, so please make issues and pull requests there for now. @cromedome is not involved in CGI::Session maintenance any more that I'm aware of. https://metacpan.org/author/SHERZODR is the original author is supposed to be the current maintainer again, but https://github.com/sherzodr does not appear active (if that's the right account for him).
