Our CI already has 2 dozen steps/variants, but since we fundamentally depend on Twisted (and a lot of Twisted features), I think it would be worth adding more CI steps/variants which us Twisted trunk rather than the latest release.

For example, we tested upcoming release candidate for Twisted 19.2.0 with a quick manual run of Crossbar.io - but then after the actual release now have fallout (our faults, but that doesn't matter for the argument here) to clean up, because we did NOT ran the full CI. Bad bad.
