Better fuzzy dates (comments, and i18n support) #28

The built-in WP function human_time_diff() only goes up to "days", we need something that handles weeks, a few months, then goes to actual dates.

Also, the Kohana fuzzy_date() function does not support i18n, so we probably need to copy that into a social_human_time_diff() function (with proper attribution) and use that for comments and in the admin. Then remove the Kohana library entirely.

This feature has been implemented and needs approval before it can be merged into develop.
