These files are the default CrowdfundHQ site and assets. They are included with every site created.
The CSS and Javascript files are meant to be used as a base for designing your crowdfunding site. All of the CSS styles can be overridden by your own styles. The Liquid files can be edited from the Manage Site Design tab.
