Simple compilation of all the chapters using cat and find. Makes reading entire thing easier to do in one go.

I personally created so that it was easier to me to read all at once and so I could start to make edits, which I then plan on writing in each specific chapter so as to follow what the methodology that other contributors use. The fact that it can be used as users as a rough copy of the entire book is just an extra bonus.

We need to make a distinction between 'source code' and 'build artifacts'.

Personally I think the proper way is to have the sources structured in directories by chapters for easier, modular, editing (as you can see, it gets quite messy with all the images).

In this scheme, is a build artifact, which can be easily generated by an aggregation script.

I propose that the making of is included as a target in the Makefile introduced in c2634a6 .

Fixed in 4e17881 by adding a Makefile target.

Leaving the closing for someone else, though.
