… typed defs In point of traversaling typed defs, context/expand/implementation has duplicate code. This refactored it. Another effect, we can look up context/implementation inside file private classes and defs now.

In point of traversaling typed defs, context/expand/implementation has duplicate code. This PR refactored it.
Another effect, we can look up context/implementation inside file private classes and defs now.
