I understand why you prefer pulseaudio, but since there is no proper pulseaudio port for OSX I felt the urge to restore the old functionality. Pulseaudio is now a compile option. (Define 'PULSEAUDIO')

Thanks for the submission.
Eventually, I want to get rid of pulseaudio stuff within gqrx and have that in gr-audio. I guess that wont happen tomorrow or next week and until then we could use this method. I will take a look at as soon as I can. I'm in the middle of moving, so it may take a week or so.

This shouldn't be in this change set ;-)

My project file also is pretty messy, so better ignore this file. We would need a proper Linux configuration that adds the pulse sources and does the 'PULSEAUDIO' define.

Just a note that I have restored my master branch to its original state and moved these changes into the gr-audio branch for clean-up.
