build.sh with node js 0.6 #33

With node.js 0.6 the build script send an error even if it has finishing correctly the job.
That's a already know bugs.
But because the node command fails, the bash script stop at this error and doesn't do the rest of the job : copy the and minify the index.html file.
I add the following line in my script to the fix the bug :
(sorry, not enough time to make a proper patch)
set +e
node ../../dojo/dojo.js load=build --require "$LOADERCONF" --profile "$PROFILE" --releaseDir "$DISTDIR" "$@"
set -e

this is kind of a duplicate of #32 - although based on the description for #32 i understand why you wouldn't have thought so.
