Rating Emergency: People Unable to Rate a Clearly Rate-able CTF

Hello, we have an issue with the event we just hosted, b01lersCTF 2024. It appears that people cannot give our event a weight, even though we did not check the “casual” box and CTFtime states it has a rating. When browsing to https://ctftime.org/event/2250/weight it says "admins set rating to 0". Again this is not the case. We are holding out on submitting the scoreboard for fear teams will get 0 points and this problem will become impossible to fix. The event ID is 2250. The rating window closes tonight at 23:00 UTC. We recently discovered this github to track issues and have been posting in slack and telegram for the past week. We’d really appreciate fast remediation on this.
