Now non-persistent entities passed to DataManager.commit go nowhere. There should be a way to handle them on middleware if needed.

Introduced NullStore which is a DataStore implementation that receives all entities not belonging to some data store. In a project, one can override cuba_NullStore bean to handle commit of such entities.
